What areas do you service?
Currently, we proudly serve the Light Farms community. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, please contact us.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, you don’t have to be home. Many clients provide us with access codes or keys. Your security is always our priority.
Services and Policies
What types of cleaning do you offer?
We include both routine and deep cleanings as part of your selected plan.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, our team provides all non-toxic cleaning products and equipment needed for your service. If you prefer, we can use your supplies. Just let us know!
Do you clean high areas like ceilings or light fixtures?
For safety reasons, our team does not clean or reach areas higher than 15 feet.
Do you provide additional services outside of my plan?
Currently, the only additional service we offer is an added on deep cleaning service.
Booking and Payments
How do I book a cleaning?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards. All plans are billed on the first of each month.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
After the Cleaning
What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority! If something isn’t done to your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.
